RISK ASSESSMENT OF SPECIALTY FOOD INGREDIENTS UNDER THE “TRANSPARENCY REGULATION”
EU Specialty Food Ingredients has published to the attention of its Members a booklet that gives an overview of the process applied to the risk assessment of specialty food ingredients. Illustrated with flowcharts, the document focuses on the notification of studies, the confidentiality aspects as well as the public disclosure.
