EU Specialty Food Ingredients is happy to have once again contributed to the must-attend event organised in Brussels by FoodDrinkEurope, the FoodFuture Ideas Fest & Summer Party. Alongside 17 other speakers in the food chain, Maryse Hervé, Secretary General, took the stage at the Food & Drinks Maker Stage to discuss the vital technological role of specific categories of specialty food ingredients in our food systems.
