2017-09 EU Specialty Food Ingredients welcomes a new member
Evonik Resource Efficiency has decided to join EU Specialty Food Ingredients as from 1st September 2017. Maryse Hervé, EU Specialty Food Ingredients Secretary General, commented: “We are delighted that Evonik is joining us to help strengthen the voice of the European specialty food ingredients sector, and I trust that they will find in our federation a unique forum of dedicated experts in our Committees and Working Groups, and the right place to represent their interests”.
In 2009, EU Specialty Food Ingredients decided to open up its membership directly to companies in order to strengthen its voice and visibility in Brussels and more confidently tackle the increasing challenges of the EU food legislative environment. The federation is now well established as a separate and complementary voice of the European food and drink industry and of the industry of primary food processors.
