2014-11 EU Specialty Food Ingredients President to speak at Food Innovation Summit

The Food Innovation Summit 2015 will focus on a comprehensive approach, from farm to plate, on most promising technologies and techniques that can challenge our future food security and safety. This summit which has been designed to be a unique event at the European level regarding its form and content aims at joining together best innovative projects from global companies and startups to promote and present in a positive way the development of food most promising trends. Through 4 plenary sessions and 12 workshops, more than 60 high profile speakers and 250 delegates will present their vision of the future of our food production system but also their first concrete products and innovative solutions.

Mr Ambjerg will intervene in the Food Industry Plenary “Implementing open innovation strategies in the food industry: finding the right model to accelerate the innovation cycle”.
