EU SPECIALTY FOOD INGREDIENTS CODE OF GOOD PRACTICE IN B2B COMMUNICATION FOR THE APPROPRIATE USE OF FOOD ADDITIVES IN THE EU
EU Specialty Food Ingredients, in line with its mission “to be a transparent and credible partner, committed to science and knowledge sharing” aims at helping its members in implementing the complex European food additive legislation through an updated Code of Good Practice in B2B Communication for the Appropriate Use of Food Additives in the EU.
Among others, the Code addresses the details of food additives labelling in B2B situations, talks about their permitted and special uses, also as processing aids, discusses the carry-over principle.
